  • Started as Interim Program Manager in February. Added Executive Director's duties after they resigned in June. Reported to Woodring College of Education's Dean and single-handedly ran C2C until onboarding the Interim Executive Director in September.
  • Wrote messaging, designed landing page, produced publicity video, advertised on social media/email campaigns for crowdfunding event.
  • Launched a new communications campaign that increased participation by 23% in two months.
  • Supervised and trained 58 diverse student employees to manage 800 WWU college support mentors at 32 local Title I schools.

Program Manager: College Access Coordination

  • Executed Huxley's first STEM college access curriculum for underrepresented students by independently collaborating with internal and external stakeholders:
    • WWU faculty and staff, including the First-lady, Huxley Professors, and the Vice-Provost for Undergraduate Education.
    • Principals and 18 5th-grade teachers at four elementary schools.
    • Staff and instructors at the North Cascades Institute.
    • 18 WWU students serving 440 elementary students.
  • Analyzed education practices, redesigned & re-administered program to improve acceptance and impact.

Program Manager: Learning, Environment, Action & Discovery

  • Developed the Campus & Community Engagement section of WWU's first campus-wide Sustainability Action Plan to build, support, and sustain equitably and mutually enhancing relationships throughout their campuses, communities, Salish Sea region, and the world.
  • Established new public relations plan to build awareness and support from internal and external partners.
